The unique characteristics of Artificial Intelligence mean that this form of technological innovation does not fit well enough in the current Spanish regulatory framework on the use of electronic media by Public Administration. This paper contributes to the current debate on how Administrative Law should address the regulation of AI in Spain. It specifically analyses what criteria must be considered to ensure the effectiveness of legal guarantees according to the requirements of good administration
